Cant Save Preset on momentum template

Hey
I cant save a preset of the template, and i need it coz some of my website pages needs different backgrounds and styles
When i click the save button nothing happens
I have read up on this but still not sure what the problem is
If it is a permissions problem what must i change/file to fix it ?
