Use feature on diff template, how difficult?

I'm wondering how difficult, or even possible, would it be to use the Panacea Background Rotator with the Juxta template?
I really hope to use the Juxta template, but I'd also like to add a rotator like Panacea on the main page. Is this possible for a non-expert? If so, can you point me in the right direction to find info?

I had developed a series of mods to allow the Rotator to work on other templates than Panacea.
They are large and complex and require hacking the templates index.php file.
There is a much better method now and that is RokGallery, which is a Rockettheme module that you install and with a little work it's a dead ringer for the Panacea Rotator.

Thanks for the reply and for pointing me in the right direction DanG. I knew RokGallery was very impressive, but it did not occur to me to use it as a slideshow / showcase.
Is it possible to use RokGallery in two different ways on the same site, as a front page header slideshow AND as a regular Gallery page?

1. Slideshow
2. Showcase
3. Grid
