Pancea Theme 2010 and Joomla 2.5

I downloaded a Pancea Theme a whole back and installed on a Joomla 1.5 site
We are remaking the site, but upgrading the Joomla to 2.5. The template I have doesn't seem to work. do I have to re-buy this theme for 2.5 anybody know?
