Z-index Issue on my site

Hello,
I have some videos on my joomla 1.5.25/maelstrom template that have a z-index issue. any page on my website where my top menu is longer and reaches the video, it shows under the actual video instead of being on top, which causes anyone to not be able to see the menu items!

if you go over to "more" in the menu you'll see that the pull-down hides under the video
