URGENT - table problem / solution

    • Hello!

I am finishing a web site for a client but I have a major thing that is not working because I do not know how to do it. Here is the problem:

I created a normal table in an article and now I want that the same table is shown also in another article. But the solution is not just to copy/paste it because the client has some schedules that are often changing and he does not want to change a thing in 3 different articles.

I was wondering if there is any code or anything that would do this job. I am more thinking of that like this:

      1. create a table
      2. give a unique ID
      3. in another article tell: use this table with the unique ID

It would be probably easier if I give you the link to the site and you can see what I mean! The site is located on the address:

      www.zds02.netii.net

On the home screen you will see the horizontal menu and click on the buttom "Ambulante" and click on the first house. After that you will see a main menu item on the left with the menu item "Zdravniki in urniki" and click it. You will see an article with some names and tables.

After seeing that go back to the homepage and click in the horizontal menu on the item "Kontakt". You will see a small dropdown - choose the item "Splosne ambulante Askerceva". After that you will see an article containing a list of names of the doctors, the phonenumber and a tooltip icon - put your mouse over the clock icon and you will see the table.

So, the first table should be also in the contact section. Withou twice changinh them.

      Regards

      Please please, help me

    • Try using articles anywhere joomla extension. One article to hold your table then in other articles embed the table article using articles anywhere.

    • Thank you for the replies.

@KMGDESIGN this is not a solution because I have some articles with names and tables and another articles where only the table from the first article should be used.

      @MrT

I will try it and I will report

I think, you need an individuell database select at this level?!

      'if - else'

or an sublevel menu could fit it with an select to the special 'id'.
      -- oh, no. not --

joomla is in this moment not able to fit it, i think.
if there are any 'nerds' with the knowledge, please stand up and shout!
i would and could use this option, if there are an option, often.
