Zephyr not working with PHP 5.3

    Zephyr not working with PHP 5.3

    • I was running the Zephyr template on my old server with the following config

      PHP Version 5.2.14
      Apache Version Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8o DAV/2 PHP/5.2.14
      mysql 5.1.50

      I have moved it to my new server with

      PHP Version 5.3.10
      Apache Version Apache/2.2.22 (Amazon)
      mysql 5.5.20

      And now i cant get into the template through the template manager. Chrome gives me the following error.
      Server error
      The website encountered an error while retrieving
      /members/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&task=edit&cid[]=rt_zephyr_j15&client=0. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
      Here are some suggestions:
      Reload this webpage later.
      HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

    • is this a site that you upgrade/migrated from Joomla 1.5 to 1.7 or 2.5?

    • I got same error.. but as what i have tried if you transfer with different templates it works fine.. this error occurs only in Fresco and Zephyr template...

      Any Idea on how to make this work?

    • no I have them both running locally and on live sites with php 5.3 so it may just be a specific conflict or issue with that server setup. Who is your hosting provider?
