SOLVED -site wont show any pages exept the front page

I have uploaded Camber rocketlancher 1.7 version to the server. There was general folder: "
www.hokobo.jp
", inside of this folder just "_cgidata" folder and "index.htm"(this file I deleted), so uploaded all files inside of "
www.hokobo.jp
" folder. Then open browser and follow Joomla installation process, installation was successful(deleted also the installation file). After open my site it shows front page, but when I am trying to open other pages -getting the sign: "Not Found The requested URL /tutorials was not found on this server."
When I go to administration panel all contents is in place. I've made a page and added a menu item "about company" - front page show this menu item, but when I am trying to view this page, getting the same error: "Not Found The requested URL /about-company was not found on this server."
My guess: probably the file or script which should create the links - connect menu items with contents creating the wrong way...
But in the other hand when I try to update the joomla version though administration panel of joomla I've got the message:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator."
I have contacted the server support team..looks like they dont have any idea what is the problem.

Try to disable SEF URLs in the Joomla global configuration.
Also make sure that file and folders permissions are correct - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
