Question about RT licensed background images

Hi, are we allowed to use the RT site backgrounds that come with the templates as a header graphic in our rich-text emails that will be sent out to newly registered users, email newsletters, etc? I want the receiver of the emails to know that they are coming from my site, so I'd like to include the header background image that came with the template. Btw, it's one of Zephyr's background images.
