Hi- I have attempted to install the Clarion Rocket Launcher for 2.5 but when i go through the installation its successfully installed and I remove the installation folder, there is only a white screen displayed on my domain. I can log into the admin panel in the back-end and still cant get it to show after I assign and make Clarion the default template..?
Does anyone have any ideas? Is this a known issue with Clarion 2.5 rocket-launcher install?

Almost certainly a server error being displayed. Use firebug and look in the console to see if you're getting any errors. Look in the server logs. Finally, make sure you meet all the minimum requirements for Joomla, gantry and the template.

- In my experience this is certainly a problem with too low memory set in php.ini. Try to increase memory_limit parameter and set it to a higher value

Hi Mark-
I used firebug to check the console and see if there were any errors and didnt see any-
Here in the install-
nbtalent.ascendantds.com/
I didnt see anything in the server logs and I know my hosting can support up to Joomla 2.5.4
I also tried to use a rock launcher install for Ionosphere and I am experiencing the same problem..
@Igor- I'll check the php.ini and let you know what I see

Check your server log - you're getting server 500 error (see firebug screengrab).
Also search forums for this error - there are several reasons why you could be getting this - all down to your server setup.

Thx for the input. I looked at the logs and I have attached a screen shot of what is produced for nbtalent.ascendantds.com . Werid thing is I have done a SimpleScripts install of Joomla 2.5.4 which is the same version as the Rocket Launcher. This site comes up no problems chris.ascendantds.com
I can get to the administrator on the Rocket Launcher install. It appears that the allowed memory for the Rocket Launcher template needs more memory. We are using Host Monster if anyone is familiar with how to increase this memory so it doesn't get exhausted.

- Thanks for all the help. I went into the php.ini file and increased the memory limit from 32M to 64M and that did the trick.
