Clarion template to RTL mode

When I switch Clarion template to RTL mode afterwards in Google Chrome and safari browsers the horizontal scroll bar length will Protract and is too long. In LTR mode is OK On all 4 browsers.
In Fire Fox and Internet Explorer RTL mode are OK.
