The mobile feature images resizer doesn't work

Hello there,
I've working with differents templates and i always have the same problem. The template doesn't resize the images when i visit the web through mobile devices.
The feature mobile images resizer is ON, a minimun width and the reduce percentage are properly set, but the images are shown as the desktop web version.
Anyone can help me?
