    SOLVED Custom CSS Class

Posted 12 years 11 months ago
    • Hi,
In Joomla, I can add custom css class suffix in the admin section to a variety of items, my question is how do I define the properties of that class?
There are multiple css files and I just am failing to understand where do I define the css in order to customise the looks of say a custom html module. It might seem amateurish, which I am, so any help in this regard will be very much appreciated.

      Thanks in Advance!

    • I guess I was not very clear with my question; this is what I want to know.

Suppose I add a custom html module with a few lines about the site in the home page of Diametric, I can add class suffix from the admin of Joomla within the advanced settings, now where do I define the properties of that class. There should be a css file within which I get to add properties like font styling, padding etc. where do I find that? Is there any mapping & the css files that could come in handy?

    • I don't really understand your question.
You can use an exsting css file like template.css or demo-styles.css or just add your own-css files.
