Odd admin behavior

When I go to the admin area of my Joomla site, all areas of the admin that usually pop up in a lightbox or display with tabs, do not work the tabs look like this.

And when trying to add a gallery in RokGallery Module a full screen or what would normally be a lightbox. This prevents me from being able to actually choose a gallery because I can never get back to the module with the new gallery that I have chosen.

I have no idea how to fix this.

- This only seems to happen inside Firefox. I have turned off all plugins and it is still doing it. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
