Denied Download on some Templates

There is some templates from Joomla that I cannot download. Says I need a subscription which I have the Joomla Club. I have tried to contact support via your "contact us" forms.
Did not see any other forums where this would be relevant.

- I had some issues last week with the forums, try a different browser or try deleting cookies/temp internet files and then log in again from scratch.

Hi, make sure you log out of your account first, then clear cookies, then log back in and try again.
It's a cookie issue, it's the only reason this happens. I checked your account and it's fine, no block. We do not have any restrictions on what templates members can download, if you are a member you have access to all of them, unless your cookie is corrupted. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.
