Full width themes?

I have been out of the loop for a bit, and am getting started back up. I was reviewing your themes and didn't see any that were "full width" from left to right. Is this something that can be modified using Gantry, or does it have to be hard coded?
I guess I just hate to see real estate going to waste with nothing being put on it. - Vivere disce, cogita mori

there is no way to get Gantry to display a fluid "full width".
