Wrong Club - Billing Department or Admin Please Help

Hello,
I just joined last week. I purchased a Joomla subscription by mistake. I wanted WordPress all along. I have contacted customer service via the "contact us" page but I haven't received any message regarding this. I PMed and Mod. And nothing. How long does it take for someone to respond to this dilemma? I need someone to contact me as soon as possible.

I did after reading through. I got the following response:

Due to the Refund Policy at our Terms of Services, since RocketTheme is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
If you have any issue with the templates, you may post this type of question/query in the forum.
You will most likely find the answer to your template question on the forum and if not, post in the relevant section for the forum moderators to review and reply to your thread.

Please answer me this: How is it that the following people had the same issue and got their problem resolved?
And I don't? What is the difference? I don't even use or have Joomla!
I am so upset about this. I even purchase, with good faith, WordPress, thinking that someone would understand that it was a simple mistake that apparently other people have done in the past.
