Just add this to your overrides css file:
CURRENT:
#page-bg, .roktabs-wrapper .roktabs-links ul li.active span {border-top: 3px solid #0A74BF;}
NEW:
#page-bg, .roktabs-wrapper .roktabs-links ul li.active span {border-top: none;}
If needed, add !important at the end of it

- Then you can either create one (you'll find how if you search the RT site) or add it to the end of your template.css file. Depending on the load order, you might need to add the !important to the css to override the original styling.
