rt-clarion iphone issue

I am using rt_clarion template and it happens to have issue when viewed on iphone. The layout is broken. It doesn't matter if I enable or disable iphone support, it remains broken. Also I selected to display main menu as my mobile menu, but it displays other menu instead (on iphone).
But, when I choose mobile-navigation->navigation-a menu is not displayed but layout is not broken anymore.

I am using the maelstrom template and it no longer resizes on iphone or android. It was working fine a couple of days ago, but now does not. Menu and modules are not displaying either, Please advise, thanks!
