HOW TO: Mark your threads as Solved

    • By marking your threads as "Solved" you will be helping the process of RT Moderators and Members helping you and other RT Members!

Imagine being a moderator or RT member searching down a long list of threads and opening the thread, only to find that it has already been "Solved." Please mark your threads as "Solved" to see that this unnecessary step is resolved.

IMPORTANT: Always post to the appropriate template forum and refrain from posting to threads that have already been marked as solved or moved to Solved Threads.

HOW TO: Mark your thread as solved

      1) Open your First Post and select "Edit."
      2) Edit your First Post by selecting the green check mark.
      3) ALSO: Change the title of your First Post to include [Solved] at the front (Not The End) of your title.

      See Screenshot below.

      Thanks!

    • Right on NANCI!
Some of our members use the green check icon for their first post of a thread. If they don't add the [SOLVED] to the topic title, we have no idea whether it's solved or not.

To represent graphically what Nanci has said, please click the "Marking your threads as Solved" button of my signature.

      The Mods thank you :)
