SOLVED Log in module in Menu

Hi,
After reading this tutorial ( www.rockettheme.com/tutorial-files/zephyr/j15/fusion-menu.php ) I could easily place a module (log in of community builder) within a menu item in the theme I am using (Diametric). But here is my question, what menu item type should I choose to prevent the users accidentally clicking on the menu ending up on a completely different page altogether?
Also even after someone logs in it continues to show "log in", how do I make it to change to "log out" after someone has signed in?
Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

You can use Separator menu item type so it won't be linked anywhere
