Hello,
I know that this is a very old post but I just fall into the same problem and I guess by "not working" Macarena tried to say that CSS is not working on the Print Pop Up Page.
Igor, you can see it on your screencast as a proof also
When you click the Print button on the article then Print Pop Up Pages shows and there you can see it that CSS on the Print button is not working.
