Hi,
Has anyone here customised a VirtueMart store to match a RocketTheme template? Is this difficult?
I am planning on upgrading a website from Mambo + Mambo-shop to Joomla + Virtue-mart using the Simplix template. I have not used VirtueMart (or any e-commerce applications) before.
Will J1.5 have any implications in the customisation process?

VM doesn't need much customisation to "match" any template... usually just changing the "Add to Cart" button is all you need to do.
The new version of VM is much easier to work with and will be easy to template. It will be released after J1.5 comes out so that is something to look forward to. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

- Right now VM needs testers for VM 1.1 if you are interested to help head over to virtuemart download VM 1.1 beta 1 or even better from SVN and give feedback here .

- You don't need to be a coder, I am not just install and play around find errors (what works and what doesn't) and report.

That sounds ok. How advanced is the beta1? Are they close to Beta2?
