WRONG TEMPLATECLUB MEMBERSHIP

Hello,
I do this post because I wrote a message to the Rocketthemesupport last thursday.
The Problem: I wanted to renew my membership at the templateclub. Renew the Membership at the Wordpresstemplateclub. But something was going wrong. Now I have a new Membership at the Joomlatemplateclub. But I ain´t using Joomla for a couple of years now. I´m using only Wordpress.
So I wrote an email at the contactform, last thursday after I realized that something in the process was going wrong a few minutes after I paid the membership. But nothing happens
Have anybody an idea what I can do?
