Transferring setup from sub domain to domain questions

- I've started working transferring my site by creating it on a subdirectory ( www.replicationsunlimited.com/Voxel/ ) but before i get too far along in getting everything the exactly the way I want it, I'd like to make sure everything can be moved back to the main domain correctly. I've read (and printed directions for doing this in general for when I get to the point) but if I start using the rockgallery and k2 articles, does this create any extra difficulties in the process?

The single best advice I can give you is to use Akeeba Backup to backup your site before you do anything else. After install and setup, and you are ready to move your site from your sub-domain to your root directory you can use Akeeba backup to move your web site to the new domain.
