Using images instead of menu item titles

Hi,
I want to display images instead of text as Menu Item title. Is there something i can do from css to achieve this. I know you can insert image from fusion menu control but any way to disable the text?

Go to the Menu Manager > Main Menu > item you want to add picture to > Fusion Menu Options > Menu Image. These images are stored in ../templates/mercado/images/icons. You can add your own and they will become part of the images available under Menu Image. You will then have to style them in to place.

That is what display: none; is for
