you are running a very old version of Mootools.
Try to switch on the Mootools upgrade plugin.
Upgrade Joomla 1.5.26 + Roktabs to the latest version too.
No guarantee that it will start working again.
Overall your stuff is quite old ... time to move Joomla 2.5+ ...
