SITE DOWN. Unsupport Browser using IE6

Good morning,
We have an emergency. Our membership for the forums lapsed last month and now our Business site is down. This morning our site won't load and says it is Unsupported Browser page and that I am using IE6. We aren't using IE6. We're on Macs using Safari. We've tried the other browsers and this message shows up on Safari 6.0, Firefox 15.0, and Chrome 21.0.1180.89.
We need our site up and running. What happened?

EDIT: The website shows up on my iPhone using Safari. Also, when I'm logged in I see it just fine but logged out, I get the unsupported message.

- The IE6 Warning gizmo in Gantry only displays a warning message to IE6 users to upgrade their browsers. Are you using a special plugin to redirect IE users to a page?

No, just the one included in Gantry and it is turned on. What doesn't make sense is that we are not using Internet Explorer to view the site at all. Also, we have a few other Rocket Theme sites that have the IE6 Redirect turned on and we can see those sites just fine.
UPDATE: We have turned off IE6 Redirect and it still gives us the same Unsupported Browser page.

Cliff Pfeifer pointed out that it was our W3 Cache plug in. You can read his response here.

We've disabled the plugin for the meantime until we get time to tweak the settings.
