Size font Urls causing dulpicate contents?

Hello RT,
I ran a scan on my old 1.5.26 site and the scan showed up with over 1000 duplicate contents. I looked further and the error duplicates were just the URLs for the size font. I hope Google doesn't penalize me for something that was unintended.
Here is a sample of duplicate URLS.
/alpine-climbing/?font-size=larger
/alpine-climbing/?font-size=smaller
mountaineering/Page-2
mountaineering/Page-2?font-size=larger
mountaineering/Page-2?font-size=smaller
All of them follow the same pattern using (/?font-size=larger, /?font-size=smaller) for each and every article. So it's basically multiplying each page on my site by 2.
I use sh404sef to control my URLs and thought they could provide a fix but apparently they told me that it could be a template thing. So here I am.
It's pretty weird to get so many errors and maybe thought of just disabling the font sizing options of each template I'm using.
I'm just wondering, is there a fix for this?
