My CSS has completely stopped working... HELP!

For some reason all the CSS has stopped working on one of our sites.

If there is anyone that has had this problem and can help i would greatly appreciate it.
The only thing I see different on the server is in the CSS folder there are a bunch of .php files that keep showing up.

Brian,
If you are having issues as you describe, and files begin to show up that were not there before, or not generated from withing joomla, you should contact your host provider right away.
Your site may have been compromised (hacked).
Have you checked to see if you have caching on? Also check the assignments in your Template Manager.
