Sub-menu items load really slow HELP!

- My sub-menu items take 1-2 mintues to load the new page. I don't know why it takes so long. The regular menu items will load in about 3 seconds (still kinda slow). There is only text, jpegs and links on this page. What could be causing this?I have been so frustrated trying to solve this for months. Its holding me back from launching the website as well.
