How to identify controlling .css file?

    • I have a Joomla 2.5.5 site using the Panacea template.
      www.questmail.org

I'm editing the .css so I have css compression turned off by disabling RokGzipper, Gantry Cache is off, Gantry GZipper is off.

But, I still see pointers to "generic" .css files when I inspect certain elements (this also happens when I inspect the element using Chrome).
This image is hidden for guests.

My css changes are put in a mycustomstyle.css file, so this question isn't holding me back. (For instance, I wanted the blue grad background to go all the way up, I've done that since I took this screenshot.)

But I'm wondering if there's something I can do to see ALL the actual controlling css files.
