    • I just launched a new site using RT_Clarion in Joomla 2.5. I tried to verify my account and submit the site map to Google.

      I entered the verification code from Google between the </head> tag and the <body> tag as Google instructs but Google could not verify. Here is the code <meta name="google-site-verification" content="fZQJjmWoMfRO0KcJfRjb64WOwcnJfc-ktAmcbBFGX20" />

      Is there a better way to get the site verified so I can get Google to index it again?

      Have you tried just doing the file verification process? Where you upload a file they provide to the web root of your hosting account.

      yes. Others suggested a verification plug in. Have you had any success with those?
