can't access rt-voxel template in joomla after migrating

Hi there! I'm migrating to another webserver and i ran into a problem with the RT-voxel / Joomla template. I can't access the template settings by clicking on Joomla admin / extensions / template manager / RT-voxel - default. No warnings, no error messages, no time-out, it just doesn't load.
What i've done before:
from a working state on old server (apache / php / mysql)
- get all files from vhost / public_html
- export db via phpmyadmin
to new server (apache / php / mysql)
- put all files in vhost / public_html
- import db via phpmyadmin
- check folder permissions (all writeable)
- clear cache
- Website on new server is running fine for the rest
Anyone had this as well? any tips?

sorry for not getting back after your reply! I got it working after updating Joomla first. then i backed up and restored DB and all files to new server... working like a charm now.
