Template Manager / Gantry Display problem

Guys,
I was going to go in and do some adjusting for layout and when I went into the template manager, this is what I got:This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
I cannot access the cool gantry features...only see the files. I upgraded gantry but get the same results.
Appreciate the assistance,

- You are in the Templates instead of the Styles. Select the black button, Styles.
