Are these forums staffed by volunteers or paid staff? I have posted several issues that are affecting usability of my forums and have not received responses.
I purchased an extended option to take advantage of a longer support period, but support has been minimal for something that's marketed and sold as a paid product.
I'm not an expert but I think they are part of the RocketTeam staff.
I've always had great service, and out of the many questions and help I've asked for, I think only once I didn't get a reply back. (Probably because no one could figure it out, which is reasonable).
Otherwise, as long as you post in the right category on the forums, usually it only takes a few hours, or less than 24 hours, in extreme cases, to get a solid reply.
Seriously, sometimes I see a template that may be more interesting for my needs elsewhere but I always stick with RT because of the service I know I can get. People like Henning and Dan, you guys helped me out alot. And yes, I'm working with Firebug now and learning some CSS
