I am a photographer and had to create a site for a resort that doesn't show my prices. To save time I duplicated my website and used it with a new URL:
www.royal-kona-resort.info
the existing site
www.vip-wedding-hawaii.com
was ranking on page one for my targeted keyphrase.
I changed my titles on my new page, but left most of the text. Now I am concerned that there is still to much duplicate contact. My ranking has gone down over the past weeks and I am on page 3.
Should I prevent the new site from being indexed? It only is supposed to get direct traffic. How could I do that?

Check your robots.txt file under Joomla root and search on google how to disallow indexing of your site by a search engines
