Response time to customers?

Hi there,
What is your responsetime to customers like me who have questions?
I'm waiting for ours now for one of you to respond because the mainfunction (top menu) of my theme is not working and i'm completely stuck for like 5 hours now.
I'd really appreciate some help.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response in the forums. Generally we get to questions much faster but our staff is scattered around the globe and we may not be on the same schedule or be in the same time zone as you are.
Also, if you post replies to your own questions before we can respond, your thread is removed from our unanswered questions list which we use to find new questions in the forum. If you need to add something to your original post, editing the original post will keep your question in the list. If you post replies or bump your own thread it can significantly delay the response time. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.
