To-Top Scroller, can I move it upward?

I know that you specify a module position for it, and that is great. I am just wondering if there is a way that I can move it upward, or put some <br> code directly below it. my problem is, I have a chat "bar" at the bottom of the screen, and it is going over the top of the button.
Example:

See it just at the top of that bar?

The chat bar is probably using fixed positioning. Seeing your site would be required for me to give you a precise recommendation. But in general you could push the to-top scroller up with this:I recommend adding it to a custom stylesheet.
