Porting my site from Open Office to Extremities template (some help needed)

Hello all.
I have been using the Open Office template for quite a lot of time and now I'd like to change the template of my site and use the Extremities 2 one.
Here is my site:

There are some things that concern me:
- My subscription has expired, but I have downloaded the template in the past. However, I do not have any .psd files !
- I'm concerned about some notes regarding the menu items on this template. My site uses both the top menu and the menu positions (on Open Office) so will I be able to have them ported to the new template? Because I have the impression that the Extremities template does not have any Menu (side bar) module position ....
- All in all I do not want to make big changes to my site, I only want to change the basic template, is this possible?
- Do I have to renew my subscription in order to have support for the porting? (I don't have any problem renewing my subscription - as long as I will know that I will indeed have support, because the templates are kind of old...)
