Ximenia banner seems faulty?

Hi,
I changed the yellow banner option in features via filezilla to a blue banner for our site (replacing the selected image.
When I am on firefox and I go back to the main sites tab from another tab the banner shows briefly as yellow then turns blue. Is there a way of stopping this?

I don't see any yellow on your site or maybe i'm missing something.
Where exactly do you see it turning yellow? - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
