SOLVED Moving Joomla site errors

I need to move my Joomla (Clarion template) site from a subdirectory to my root web directory. I have done this before with other Joomla installations without any problems. However, I am getting the following error when moving the Joomla files:
[22-Nov-2012 15:44:02] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function isEnabled() on a non-object in /home/user/public_html/libraries/gantry/core/gantry.class.php on line 1870
This is a clean (fresh install from the latest version of RocketLauncher) so there are no 3rd party plugins to interfere.
As stated, I have performed this simple task many times without a hitch (not using RocketThemes however). Also this is obviously not a template issue but a core (Gantry) issue and so I have posted in this forum. - https://www.otcdynamics.com
