SOLVED What do we do if our posts are ignored?

Hi Gang,
I'm not trying to stir the pot here, this question is sincere.
What would you suggest we do if a post is overlooked or ignored? Bumping, cross-posting and PMing the admins is, of course, a no-no. So what do you recommend?
I currently have two questions out there in the forum, one is nearly two weeks old.
If we had some direction, perhaps we could reduce frustration on both ends. - Last Edit: 12 years 5 months ago by Aradise.

We do try to respond to as many relevant posts as possible in a timely manner. Bumping the post actually reduces the chance it will be seen because that removes it from the unanswered posts feed.
I will check your other posts.

I have looked at your posts and I did not see any that have no reply (of course I could have just missed them). I did see on about RokGallery that was someone else's topic that you added a comment to but not a lot of detail. If that is one of the issues you are referring to, please start a new topic for your issue with as much detail as possible.
You can post the URLs to the two posts you are referring to in your original post on this thread.

Sometimes posts slip away from mods and it takes time to get them in sight once again. Bumping own threads is not good solution as such threads won't show up on mods sight even longer. The way you choose, creating new thread in general discussion forum is actually a good one. I would only suggest you to put in such new thread links to the topics you are waiting replies on
