Error message "The specified url can not be found"

Hi ,
i'm using Joomla 2.5 and my site which is hosted on CPanel was working perfectly, recently when i try to edit an article and click save or close it gives me the error message "The specified url can not be found" and lock the article.
please help.

- Hmm, do you have SEF enabled perhaps?

Thanks prime for your reply. yes i have SEF enabled , but even if i turned it off .. it is the same case = same error message when i try to save or close any article that i edit.
could it be security issue with Cpanel? it's really weird because it was working and suddenly stopped without doing anything from my side. but i guess the ISP had some changes on Cpanel, but i need to figure where the problem to ask them to change it back.
what else could it be if not SEF ?

If it was working fine and you didn't do anything then you might be right about changes done by the webhost itself. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

Hi prim,
honestly i didn't try it, because the problem solved from the ISP side they revert what they did on Cpanel . i asked them what they did they said something with the security when i ask them to send me the log to prevent this error to happen again they said ok we will send you the log but until now i received nothing.
once i got i will posted here so may help others if they got same error.
