I need to be able to give access to the admin side of a joomla site, and i need to be able to let the user have access to add modules and components but not be able to touch the template area of the admin side. the owner of the site doesn't wont people to be able to edit or modify the template at all. just be able to add articles, components, modules, and users.
could some point me in the right direction as to how i could get this accomplished.
