    • Hey First time Joomla user here and I am having an issue installing a template. Every time I try the following message appears

      This image is hidden for guests.
      Please log in or register to see it.


      Any Help You Could Give Would Be Great

      and welcome to the forums :)
      This is a permissions issue.
      Check your folder permissions here:
      Admin -> Site -> System Information -> Directory Permissions to ensure there writeable.

      Make sure that these match:
      Admin -> Site -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Server Settings -> Path to Temp-folder -> my-path/tmp
      Admin -> Site -> System Information -> Configuration File -> Server Settings ->tmp_path = my-path/tmp
      and lastly the TMP folder in your Configuration.php file

      Also please don't PM the mods unless asked to do so. It's hard to keep track of the messages. That's what the forum is for.
