Logo Doesn't Appear in Cerulean phpBB3 Theme

Hi everyone,
My logo won't display here: nononsensegamers.com/forum/index.php
I've changed the option in Cerulean to On or Off and it never displays. I tried pointing it to a custom path that I know works and it still doesn't display. Is there something blatantly obvious that I'm missing? :shock:
