Main menu items fall behind the iframe wrapper in ie

Hey Guys,
I have a problem on my site www.akrailroad.com
Its main menu falling behind the iframe wrapper, i am using the wrapper to show pdf. Kindly have a look on link below in ie
www.akrailroad.com/index.php?option=com_...w=wrapper&Itemid=126
Kindly go to About page>Newsletter> Current Newsletter
After loading that page mouse over on the About page>Newsletter
You will see the menu is going besides the wrapper, its only happening in ie.
Any Help?
