Yes we are but if you compare WP templates and Joomla templates, you will see that right now we released Voxel for WP which means that Leviathan will be prepared in 8 to 9 months from now

If i have a premium account for Joomla, I have the right to use this theme on my own CMS taking only HTML / CSS template?
Because Joomla is too limited, and I fell in love with this beautiful theme that exactly matches the theme of my site
