PIE.js error in IE?

We are using the Clarion theme and getting an widespread error on pages when using certain versions of Internet Explorer. Error message is :
The IE keeps giving me blank pages Webpage error details
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; InfoPath.3)

It would be much appreciated, since we've paid for the theme, and the error being thrown comes from one of the files contained within the theme, we could get a little support for this issue?
The file concerned is /skin/frontend/base/default/rokmage-main-js/PIE.js
Does anyone have any suggestions?

And I'm supposed to know that...how? Particularly when the thread after this one is someone asking for support, and receiving it, on the iPhone template?
I've posted the question in the Clarion theme forum folder. If someone would't mind providing some support, that would be much appreciated.
