      I'm sick of this bug and I haven't had any solutions provided for weeks now. Thinking of not renewing my subscription. This is very upsetting. Rockettheme needs ticket and/or chat support and/or email support for club members. This forum support IMO does not suffice for a community of developers that PAY for a subscription. :evil: I refuse to pay for premier support at a price that renews my subscription when I/m simply seeking a fix for a BROKEN EXTENSION that I've been requesting support for, for WEEKS now. I know I'm not being an unreasonable consumer. I hate changing to free and WORKING extensions when I have something here that I PAID for. I have faith and loyalty to the Rockettheme products and brand. All I ask for is reliability and delivery.

      I don't require a 2 hour response time. I don't need hastiness and all the extra premier perks. I've already waited WEEKS and it seems that support is non existent for an already paying subscriber using extensions and templates that are expected to be WORKING. By the way, I think the Premier support is part of a POOR business model and scares away new, potential clients. When people pay for an expiring subscription, I think that quality, top-notch support should already be provided.

      It speaks measures when you basically tell your already paying subscribers that they need to pay more than $50 PER ISSUE. Are your already paying subscribers not worth your time unless more MONEY is involved?

      I'm not surprised that other developers are torrenting and pirating rockettheme templates and receiving great support from FREE forum communities. Get your team on the ball and treat your paying customers RIGHT. You deserve my money for creating such an incredible infrastructure for developers, but the developer doesn't deserve the lack of support in return.

    • Thank you for the prompt reply. I've never had any issues getting support from these forums. That's why I was quick to jump on it after two weeks of no possible solution. Please excuse me if I was being overzealous. :cry: It was an extremely frustrating problem.

      I even had other members help me solve problems on the forums before.

      I can also understand that a forum community is great for crowd sourcing, but realistically I don't feel it works too well in a support environment. I guess consumers don't primarily come to these forums to help, but to *be* helped by the team and mods.
